My name is Gary Poe. I am the owner of Poe Air. My family and I are glad you found us. I learned about air conditioning and heating techniques during my enlistment in the Marine Corps starting in 1988. Surprisingly, there are more hostile environments than Texas as far as air conditioning is concerned and I have worked in some of them including the Persian Gulf, Thailand, and Somalia.

Reagan Poe grew up in the air conditioning family going on service calls with his dad as early as he can remember and has been a full-time member of the team for over 2 years now preparing to be the future of the company. Reagan is especially passionate about nature conservation and family. He spends his free-time with his wife Jillian and their 3 dogs. They enjoy the simple things like camping or going to see a good movie and get their thrills from SCUBA diving. Reagan is a PADI certified Master Diver.

Garrett has over 4 years of experience as an HVAC technician. Garrett is a longtime friend of Reagan Poe and joined Poe Air in 2024 after working for another company for some years. In his free time, he enjoys a wide range of hobby’s including D&D, video games, martial arts and reading to name a few.
Technician
Brice is in the Brother-in-law of Reagan Poe so he was already part of the family. He joined the Poe Air family as a Trainee and is now in his second year of his progression to full technician which will help us further lower our response times. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, movies and dove hunting.
